Founder of S57 Health & Wellbeing Clinic, Elle has worked as a Clinical Sports Therapist for over 21 years. Elle’s first career as a professional dancer took her all over the world including Hong Kong, Paris, Switzerland, Maderia, Italy and many other locations across the globe. Her love for injury rehabilitation stems from the love of keeping fit and healthy and the knee injuries she sustained at the beginning of her career.
Elle competed at county level in artistic gymnastics and trampolining, she also completed her assistant coaching qualifications in both. One of her passions obviously lies here and she works with a number of dance companies, local dance schools, amateur and professional dancers and the GB Artistic Gymnastics team. However Elle loves to see all types of patients from working Mums to labourers, city workers to sports fanatics! Her dedication focuses on getting her patients back to health as quickly as possible with as much support as she can give. She feels so lucky to do a job she loves.
Elle’s favourite injuries to treat are back pain, knee, achilles and hand injuries. She works with a lot of young patients as well as post operative and general musculo-skeletal injuries.
She loves to keep strong by HITT training sessions, bouldering at Boulder Brighton, sea swimming, and completes her fitness with yoga. She continually falls in and out of love with running!!!
Elle studied through St Marys University with active health and holds her Advanced level 5 diploma in Clinical Sports Therapy, she is a member of the Society of Sports Therapists and is fully qualified in injury rehabilitation, joint mobilisations, strength and conditioning, medical acupuncture, kinesiology tape, ultrasound, soft tissue techniques and massage.
